I've long been interested in the Europa rocket project, and this document provides some useful information.
The manual is fairly typical for rocket user's manuals: they concentrate on the information most useful for a rocket's customers. This manual provides more information than most on how the rocket itself works.

One item is missing, unfortunately: page 38 of the PDF contains figure 2.1, a dimensioned drawing. This should be a foldout page, but it has been scanned in its folded-up state, so most of the drawing is hidden.
